Product Description Grind Number: XA227/350-XA233/345-15+4.5 Hydraulic Roller Camshaft Aggressive Performance Duration at .050″: 227/233 115 Lobe Center Angle with a 110.5 Intake Centerline Lift with 1.8 Rocker Arm Ratio: .630″/.621″ Recommended Displacement: 6.2 Liter Engines Cylinder Heads: Gen 5 LT Recommended Compression Ratio: 9.0-10.5:1 Recommended Headers: Stock Manifolds – Turbo headers Recommended Stall Converter: 2800 – 3200 Recommended Rear Axle Ratio: 3.23-3.90 NOTE: Cam Motion Gen 5 LT VVT Delete Camshafts are 3-bolt camshafts that utilize a Gen 4 LS 3-bolt upper timing gear along with either the LME VVT Delete front timing cover or the Katech VVT Delete front timing cover. NOTE: The Cam Motion 3 bolt LT camshaft has a .306″ lift fuel pump lobe. It is the installers responsibility to make sure that the fuel pump is operating within its stroke range. Lash caps or pump shims may be necessary to achieve proper operation and avoid pump damage. The Gen 5 LT Turbo 227/233 Camshaft is designed for performance in cars using 6.2 liter LT engines. The Gen 5 LT Turbo 227/233 Cam will have a performance idle and strong mid-range to upper RPM power. This camshaft is designed to be used in turbo equipped vehicles. This camshaft is intended for aggressive minded builds with high flow exhaust, increased stall speed torque converter, high flow intake systems.
