Right to Terminate the Contract within 7 days

In cases authorized by the electronic commerce system, the consumer may terminate the contract within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product, to the extent that the product has not been used, used or benefited from.

If the contract is avoided to change the wish within the permitted regime, the actual costs of avoidance may be borne by the consumer when the system so permits and has been clarified before the return is approved.

• The product must be as unused and uncombined as possible and in its original condition.
• Packaging, attachments, brochures, invoice or application number shall be available.
• This right does not apply to excepted cases by a system, with the client ' s rights remaining where there is a defect, a lack of conformity or an erroneous product.

Products used or installed

The use or composition of the product may render it ineligible for recovery due to a change of will if it results in a benefit or change in the product ' s condition.

This does not preclude the client ' s claim when there is a defect, a lack of conformity, an erroneous product, a lack of content or a breach of a statutory obligation.

Special orders and custom-made products

We differentiate between a normal product ordered by an external supplier or by the United States, and a product manufactured or allocated at the client ' s request or according to specifications.

Products manufactured or customized may be excluded from the statutory right of avoidance, but this exception does not apply if the product is defective or does not conform to agreed specifications.

• Importing a product or not providing it locally does not automatically make it a custom product.
• Any cancellation or recovery restriction must be clear before confirmation of the application whenever we know it.

Cancellation before shipment

The cancellation may be requested before shipment. The cancellation is dealt with in accordance with the status of the execution of the application and the actual costs involved, without prejudice to the statutory rights of the consumer.

We do not impose fixed cancellation fees just for a certain 24-hour period. Any non-refundable cost must be actual, reasonable and allowed a system and information to the client before the procedure can be adopted.

Restocking fees or return costs

No restocking fees or refund costs shall be applied to a situation where the error is from Kordiax Performance Establishment or the product is defective or not identical or different from the demand.

In cases where the system allows the consumer to be charged the costs of avoidance, the actual costs of return, trans-shipment or processing may be borne by the customer, and any cost is explained prior to the approval of the return request.

• We don’t publish fixed rates or absolute fees without a statutory bond or clear legal and commercial consent.
• Any supplier or factory policy does not override the mandatory statutory rights of the consumer.

Errors, defects and Warranty

If the product arrives in error, incompleteness, defect or lack of conformity, please contact Us on the page Contact Us with the order number and images that illustrate the problem.

The product may be covered by the manufacturer ' s or supplier ' s guarantee, but this does not affect any mandatory consumer rights vis-à-vis the seller in accordance with Saudi regulations.

The customer does not incur costs associated with treating an error, defect or non-conformity that are the seller ' s liability as a system. Warranty ' s optional claims to a foreign factory may be subject to separate procedures and costs that are clarified prior to follow-up.

• Do not use or modify the product if there is doubt about error or damage before Contact Us.
• Poor installation or use contrary to the instructions of the manufacturer may affect the eligibility of Warranty or return as the case may be.

Method of return

Upon acceptance of recovery or cancellation, the payment shall be returned through an appropriate means of payment, depending on the status of the request, the original means of payment and the requirements of the payer.

No charges are deducted from a mandatory consumer right, and any actual costs allowed are explained before processing whenever possible.
