The site is owned and operated by Kordiax Performance Establishment Kordiax Performance Establishment. Using the site or Checkout, the client acknowledges reading and approving these terms.

The means of communication are shown on the Contact Us page. No business register, tax number, postage or telephone is published within these conditions unless the data are confirmed by the administration.

Products, Compatibilities and Cut Numbers

Many of the performance pieces depend on compatibility with the car, the engine, the exhaust system, suspension, or programming. The customer is obliged to provide correct data for the car, with Kordeix remaining responsible for the information or recommendations it makes and for the delivered product according to regulations.

Some photographs may be illustrative, but this does not absolve the responsibility for matching the product to the description, the number of the piece, and the essential descriptions published on the product page.

• If Kordeix recommends an incorrect piece or the site’s data is misleading or a different part Number is sent, the case is processed to preserve the customer’s statutory rights.
• No piece is presumed to be compatible with an undocumented car in the product data or supplier assurance.

Requests, prices and taxes

Applications are subject to the availability of the product, confirmation of final price, freight costs and any additional requirements before final processing is required.

If there is a clear error in price, specification or inventory, contact the customer to correct the case, confirm continuation or cancellation and recover the amount as the case may be.

The status of the enterprise ' s value added tax (VAT) registration requires continuous administrative confirmation; therefore, these requirements do not specify the status of the tax registration unless the data are formally updated. Prices, taxes and fees are shown in accordance with the Shop settings, the invoice and the requirements of the applicable regulations.

Freight, cancellation and recovery

Shipping and Delivery Policy and Exchange, Return and Cancer Policy published on the site are subject to these conditions and are part of them.

No operational period or supplier ' s policy shall override the consumer ' s right to avoid the contract within 7 days when the conditions of the system apply, nor its right to delay delivery or execution beyond 15 days in accordance with statutory regulations.

• Imported or not available locally is not necessarily a custom product.
• A product manufactured or assigned according to the customer’s specifications may be subject to statutory exceptions, unless it is defective or not identical.

Structure, Warranty and Responsibility

It is recommended that performance pieces be installed with qualified specialists and that the manufacturer ' s instructions be followed. Cordikes shall not be liable for damage resulting from erroneous installation, misuse or modification of instructions.

Products may be covered by the manufacturer ' s or supplier ' s guarantee, but the plant ' s security or procedures do not affect any mandatory consumer rights vis-à-vis the seller in accordance with Saudi regulations.

• The customer does not incur costs associated with a fault, defect or non-conformity that the seller’s liability is a system.
• Warranty ' s optional claims to a foreign factory may be subject to separate procedures to be clarified prior to follow-up.

Sports use and local regulations

Some of the pieces may be intended for sporting use, or of-Road or Race Use, according to the manufacturer’s statement. This warning does not override the client’s right to the defect or lack of conformity.

Any claim such as Street Legal, CARB Legal or 50-State Legal may only be adopted if it is not certified by the manufacturer or approved exporter to the same product.

Complaints and proposals

Complaints and proposals can be submitted via the Contact Us page on site. To address the complaint more quickly, please attach the application number if any, explain the problem and, if necessary, photographs or supporting documents.

We do not specify a fixed response period within these conditions unless the Department adopts a formal operating period, but we are seeking to deal with reports clearly and in a manner that preserves the client ' s rights.
