Scope of shipment and processing

Kordiax Performance Establishment seeks to provide appropriate shipping options within Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States according to the availability of service for each application and the restrictions of shipping companies.

The processing and shipping method may vary according to the type, weight, dimensions, source and state of availability of the product at the supplier or warehouse. Any time appearing on the product page or during the application is an estimated operational period unless an expressly specified date is agreed upon.

  • Locally available products are processed according to stock readiness.
  • Imported products are processed after confirmation of availability and Compatibilities whenever necessary.
  • Heavy or large pieces may require a special shipping arrangement before the final bill is issued.

Confirm Compatibility prior to shipment

Some performance pieces require an accurate match with the car, the engine, the year of manufacture or the number of the piece. We may contact the customer to request additional data such as Make/Model/Year/Engine or VIN VIN when only necessary to verify compatibility.

We adhere to the minimum data principle; we do not ask VIN if the basic vehicle data is sufficient to process the demand.

  • A customer’s delay in submitting data on compatibility may affect the processing date.
  • Parts that require additional technical verification are shipped only after the request data is clear or the client agrees to follow up.

Delays in delivery or implementation

If delivery or execution is delayed for more than fifteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract or the agreed date, the consumer may apply for avoidance of the contract and recovery of payment for the product or service and of the costs incurred, in accordance with statutory controls, unless due to force majeure.

We’ll inform the client of any anticipated delay or difficulties that have a substantial bearing on delivery or execution once it appears to us.

International freight and government charges

Some products may be imported from outside the Kingdom, including the United States when available from the supplier. This does not mean that each application is a demand-driven product or is automatically excluded from statutory avoidance rights.

Imported cargo may be subject to customs duties, value added tax on imports, manifest duties, clearance fees or transport charges according to regulations, customs regulation and type of shipment. We do not assume a fixed rate unless it is apparent and confirmed during the request or by the competent authority.

  • Some fees may be collected by the transport company or clearing point by the shipping mechanism.
  • There are no exemptions or fixed ratios within this policy unless they are confirmed according to the regulations applicable to the cargo in question.

Receipt and damage during transportation

Please check the shipment upon receipt to the extent possible. If the effects of damage or deficiency on packaging or product appear, please document the case with photographs and Contact Us via the Us Contact page with the application number.

  • Maintain original packaging when there is damage or lack of contents.
  • Do not use the piece if it is damaged or incomplete before the Contact Us.
