The Dark Horse Mustang brought performance and handling to a whole new level, but power and torque as still waiting to be unleashed from an anemic factory exhaust. With header systems in 1-3/4″ or 1-7/8″ (for max effort applications) and a 3″ exhaust, our Direct Connect Kit unlocks that power with performance gains up to 30 RWHP Designed to work for Stock Catback Systems, without any cutting or welding.

Like everything ARH builds, these new systems are made here in the USA using the highest quality 304 S/S. Available with 1-3/4" or 1-7/8" primaries and merge collectors with scavenger spikes standard, ARH PPV Caprice systems guarantees outstanding performance with great fit and a very easy install. Other features include 3/8" thick S/S flanges with hand ported inlets and 200 cell metallic substrate cats. Testing on a Mustang dyno showed gains of 38 RWHP and 41 RWTQ (before the tune and Cold Air were installed). This PPV Caprice system is a direct fit to your stock or aftermarket axle-back mufflers. Fox Body Mustang Down Pipes
If your looking to for increase performance, great sound and keep your factory or aftermarket manifolds, look no further than the American Racing Headers Down Pipes for your Fox Body. Featuring our mandrel bent stainless tubing, an ARH Header System will deliver the exhaust sound and power to match the aggressive look of your Stang. Please note that down pipe connection points at the factory manifolds are 2-1/2" due to OEM build specs. After this point the system will be either 3" or 2-1/2" tubing based on your selection.
