These full length headers are engineered to significantly improve exhaust flow, resulting in increased horsepower and torque. Experience a commanding exhaust note that elevates your Mustang's presence on the road. The durable ceramic coating not only withstands the rigors of performance driving but also retains heat for optimal exhaust efficiency and lower under-hood temperatures. Quality Construction BBK full length Mustang headers are made from 1-3/4" CNC-machined mandrel bent tubing with 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges. The full length primary tube design creates unrestricted and balanced airflow for ultimate horsepower gains. These headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance. Our 2.5" short catted H-pipe is made from CNC mandrel bent stainless steel tubing with high-flow steel substrate catalytic converters. They feature a merged step down to allow easy installation to the factory exhaust system. Installation BBK long tube headers are designed as a direct bolt on with use of corresponding BBK Performance short mid pipe. Kit includes new gaskets and hardware.
