This issue\u00a0is becoming more common as these units age and power increases.<br \/>\nThe billet mounting pad was developed to mitigate this issue. The factory mounting plate is removed and the billet pads are TIG welded into place and then the converter is balanced to ensure smooth operation. Existing billet stator converters can be sent in to have the billet pads installed.
